打膠機工作過(guò)程中膠體出現結皮或硫化現象的原因有哪些?
當雙組份膠在混合過(guò)程中發(fā)生局部固化時(shí),打膠機打出來(lái)的膠就會(huì )出現結皮或硫化現象。出現這一現象的原因主要有三種:

⑴膠體顏色較黑,固化快時(shí),可能是由于B組分比例過(guò)高,過(guò)多的催化劑促使固化速度快。此時(shí),需要適當降低B組分的比例,將結皮或硫化膠沖洗干凈后施工;

⑵打膠機若打膠過(guò)程中伴有出膠慢的現象時(shí),可能是混合芯長(cháng)時(shí)間未清洗或清洗不干凈,膠體結皮堵塞管道。因此,定期清洗靜態(tài)混合器是很有必要的。
