將空氣泵的進(jìn)氣壓力關(guān)閉
Turn off the intake pressure of the air pump
打開(kāi)排膠閥排膠以釋放內部系統的壓力
Open the glue discharge valve to discharge the glue to release the pressure of the internal system
將壓盤(pán)吹氣管閥門(mén)打開(kāi)
Open the pressure plate blowpipe valve
把升降控制閥撥到“UP”的位置
Turn the lifting control valve to the "up" position
壓盤(pán)會(huì )從膠桶中提升，并終脫離膠桶合適更換膠桶的位置
The pressure plate will be lifted from the rubber barrel and finally separated from the rubber barrel to a suitable position for replacing the rubber barrel
從設備框架上移除空膠桶
Remove the empty rubber bucket from the equipment frame
關(guān)閉壓盤(pán)吹氣管閥門(mén)

清理壓盤(pán)兩個(gè)密封圈，使之表面干凈
Clean the two sealing rings of the pressure plate to make their surfaces clean
仔細檢查新膠桶是否有凹痕或別的損傷。不要用受損的膠桶，這樣會(huì )損壞壓盤(pán)
Carefully check the new rubber barrel for dents or other damage. Do not use a damaged rubber bucket, which will damage the pressure plate
把新膠桶放在設備基座中間位置上，位于壓盤(pán)的下方
Place the new rubber bucket in the middle of the equipment base and under the pressure plate
壓盤(pán)密封圈上涂潤滑脂（諾信
Apply grease on the sealing ring of the pressure plate (Nordson)
拆下排氣及出膠口檔桿
Remove the exhaust and rubber outlet stop rod
把升降控制閥撥到“Down”的位置，慢慢把壓盤(pán)移入打開(kāi)的膠桶中。要停止壓盤(pán)移動(dòng)，可把升降控制閥撥到中間“Neutral”的位置
Turn the lifting control valve to the "down" position and slowly move the pressure plate into the open rubber barrel. To stop the movement of the pressure plate, turn the lifting control valve to the middle "neutral" position
壓盤(pán)繼續下壓，當排氣及出膠口處有一股穩定的膠流出時(shí)，把排氣及出膠口檔桿裝回壓盤(pán)并在接頭上旋緊
Continue to press down the pressure plate. When there is a stable flow of rubber at the exhaust and rubber outlet, install the baffle rod at the exhaust and rubber outlet back to the pressure plate and tighten it on the joint
換桶步驟完成，打開(kāi)空氣泵進(jìn)氣開(kāi)關(guān)，正常工作
After the barrel changing step is completed, turn on the air inlet switch of the air pump and work normally
