自動(dòng)點(diǎn)膠機為什么有三軸四軸五軸之分?
常用的自動(dòng)點(diǎn)膠機有二軸、三軸、四軸、五軸之分,而其中三軸系列點(diǎn)膠機是更常用的,分為X Y Z軸。一般的三軸點(diǎn)膠機就能滿(mǎn)足生產(chǎn)的需要了,四軸點(diǎn)膠機的話(huà)就是加個(gè)旋轉的軸,這樣很多三軸點(diǎn)膠機解決不了的問(wèn)題四軸點(diǎn)膠機就能解決了。
There are two, three, four and five axes of automatic dispensing machines in common use. Among them, the three-axis series dispensing machine is the most common one, which is divided into X Y Z axis. General three-axis dispensing machine can meet the needs of production, four-axis dispensing machine is to add a rotating shaft, so many problems that three-axis dispensing machine can not solve four-axis dispensing machine can solve.
其實(shí)就幾軸而言的話(huà),不能叫點(diǎn)膠機,只能叫機械手臂。三軸點(diǎn)膠機的只能進(jìn)行標準的X,Y,Z移動(dòng),如產(chǎn)品點(diǎn)膠的位置在側邊,可能需要點(diǎn)膠頭傾斜點(diǎn)膠,那就需要4軸點(diǎn)膠機的(R軸)進(jìn)行工作;如產(chǎn)品需要進(jìn)行兩面點(diǎn)膠的話(huà),那就需要產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行翻轉完成,也就需要5軸機械臂(也就是所謂的工業(yè)機器人)。
In fact, as far as several shafts are concerned, it can't be called dispensing machine, but mechanical arm. The three-axis dispenser can only carry out standard x, y and Z movements. If the product dispensing position is on the side, the dispensing head may need to be tilted for dispensing, then it needs to work on the (R-axis) of the four-axis dispenser; if the product needs to carry out two-sided dispensing, then it needs to turn the product, which requires a five axis mechanical arm (also known as the industrial robot).
四軸點(diǎn)膠機相比較三軸點(diǎn)膠機:具有畫(huà)點(diǎn)、直線(xiàn)、多段線(xiàn)、三維圓弧(空間圓弧)、圓、橢圓、跑道、距形、螺旋線(xiàn)、涂布、自動(dòng)圓角、不規則三維樣條曲線(xiàn)等圖形元素,完全實(shí)現360度旋轉點(diǎn)膠。
Compared with the three-axis dispensing machine, the four-axis dispensing machine has drawing points, straight lines, polylines, three-dimensional arcs (spatial arcs), circles, ellipses, runways, pitch shapes, helices, coating, automatic fillets, irregular three-dimensional splines and other graphic elements, fully realizing 360 degree rotation dispensing.
