點(diǎn)膠機的工作流程詳解！

2.加熱拌和及真空脫泡：如需要加熱，一般不要加熱A料，直接加熱B料即可，加熱的時(shí)分必須翻開(kāi)拌和；相同如真空脫泡，需翻開(kāi)抽真空閥門(mén)，此進(jìn)程需在第3步之前完成。

3.點(diǎn)膠機閥門(mén)狀況：先翻開(kāi)進(jìn)氣閥（出膠壓力來(lái)歷），然后翻開(kāi)出料閥，預留抽真空閥門(mén)封閉；測驗吐膠閥門(mén)，看閥門(mén)是否靈敏；

1、混合后的膠水：
1. Mixed glue:
a）外觀(guān)：混合好的膠水應該是均勻一致的

b）分量：?jiǎn)未瓮履z總量應該一致
B) Component: The total amount of single spitting should be the same.
注：點(diǎn)膠機若呈現顯著(zhù)不均勻或分量不一致，請停機查看

建議：出產(chǎn)進(jìn)程中，每做一定數量的產(chǎn)品，重新核定一次膠水總量

2、氣壓過(guò)低報警燈：當氣壓低于作業(yè)氣壓后，發(fā)出蜂鳴報警聲，需停止吐膠，待氣壓恢復蜂鳴停止報警后，正常出產(chǎn)。
2. Low air pressure alarm lamp: When the air pressure is lower than the working pressure, buzzing alarm sounds are emitted. It is necessary to stop spitting gum. After the buzzing stop alarming when the air pressure is restored, normal production will occur.
3、留意調查A/B料液位顯示管，作好加料預備。

1、封閉加熱，拌和，觸摸屏按鈕按下“停止”鍵
1. Closed heating, mixing, touch screen button press "stop" key
2、靜態(tài)混合管清洗：停止吐膠后必須在短時(shí)間之內拆開(kāi)并清洗混合管，避免凝結造成堵塞。
2. Static mixing pipe cleaning: After stopping spitting, the mixing pipe must be dismantled and cleaned in a short time to avoid clogging caused by condensation.
3、拆開(kāi)混合管安裝密封蓋：在密封蓋里裝入三分之一的黃油，旋上即可密封。
