當膠桶中的膠水用完時(shí)，設備的三色指示燈會(huì )亮紅燈且報警（膠水檢測報警），此時(shí)應該更換膠桶。具體步驟如下：
When the glue in the glue bucket is used up, the three color indicator light of the equipment will be red and give an alarm (glue detection alarm). At this time, the glue bucket should be replaced. The specific steps are as follows:
1、先在觸摸屏上點(diǎn)擊“膠泵停止”，及時(shí)關(guān)掉齒輪泵；
1. First click "glue pump stop" on the touch screen to turn off the gear pump in time;
2、關(guān)閉排氣閥，按住觸摸屏上的“上升”按鈕2秒，讓壓盤(pán)下邊粘的PUR熱熔膠及時(shí)脫落，不于在上升過(guò)程中從排氣閥溢出流在壓盤(pán)上面；
2. Close the exhaust valve, press and hold the "Up" button on the touch screen for 2 seconds, so that the PUR hot melt adhesive stuck under the pressure plate can fall off in time, so as not to overflow from the exhaust valve and flow onto the pressure plate during the rising process;
3、打開(kāi)排氣閥，繼續按“上升”按鈕，此時(shí)PUR熱熔膠機的加熱壓盤(pán)會(huì )緩緩上升，待一個(gè)密封圈脫離膠桶口后松開(kāi)“上升”按鈕，利用慣性讓壓盤(pán)慢慢脫桶，脫桶后可輕按“上升”按鈕將壓盤(pán)上升到上極限位置；
3. Open the exhaust valve and continue to press the "Up" button. At this time, the heating pressure plate of PUR hot-melt adhesive machine will rise slowly. After a sealing ring is separated from the opening of the glue bucket, release the "Up" button. Use inertia to let the pressure plate slowly release the bucket. After the bucket is removed, gently press the "Up" button to raise the pressure plate to the upper limit position;
4、將密封圈上的殘膠清理下，置換新的膠桶。

當膠桶內的膠用完時(shí)，應立即關(guān)閉A、B開(kāi)關(guān)，停止打膠。打開(kāi)A（或B）膠泵充氣開(kāi)關(guān)，選擇A（或B）膠泵提升機構為上升位置，點(diǎn)動(dòng)旋鈕使壓盤(pán)慢慢提起，此時(shí)應注意：膠桶盡量不要離開(kāi)底盤(pán)，直壓盤(pán)完全脫離膠桶時(shí)關(guān)閉A（或B）膠泵的充氣開(kāi)關(guān)。
