1. 由于雙組份密封膠的固化需要一定的時(shí)間，已涂覆雙組份密封膠的玻璃應緩慢水平移動(dòng)。

雙組份打膠機操作
Two component gluer operation
1.連接氣源:
1. Connect the air source:
打開(kāi)電源，調節減壓閥0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統是否有泄漏。然后試運行以下動(dòng)作:(1)泵A舉升;(2)泵A充氣;(3) B泵提升;(4) B泵充氣。注:升油缸升起時(shí)，若兩缸不同步，請降原點(diǎn)重新操作。

2.將A、B部件膠桶放置到位，并與A、B膠泵軸線(xiàn)對齊。

4)開(kāi)機試膠:打開(kāi)主泵氣源開(kāi)關(guān)，按下膠槍開(kāi)關(guān)，待A泵的空氣從槍口排出后停止，繼續上膠

1)松開(kāi)比例桿上的比例泵鎖緊螺桿，將比例泵的內外調節到所需的比例。只有當A膠和B膠的配比達到正常值時(shí)，才能進(jìn)行以下操作。

2)設置在A(yíng)和B泵選擇器旋鈕,調整噴膠槍出口縫的兩塊玻璃,打開(kāi)噴膠槍開(kāi)關(guān),把膠槍在適當的速度,以便順利的雙組分膠玻璃槽填滿(mǎn),填滿(mǎn)。好。涂完膠后關(guān)閉噴膠槍。
