中空玻璃雙組份密封膠使用時(shí)產(chǎn)生氣泡的解決方法
一、解決含氫硅油產(chǎn)生氣泡的控制方法：嚴格把好原材料關(guān)，不能采用能與基料縮合脫氫的原材料，尤其是原材料中摻雜有微量含氫硅油等脫氫的物質(zhì)，避免氣泡的產(chǎn)生。
1、 Control method to solve the generation of bubbles in hydrogen containing silicone oil: strictly control the raw materials, and do not use raw materials that can condense and dehydrogenate with the base material, especially the raw materials are doped with trace dehydrogenated substances such as hydrogen containing silicone oil, so as to avoid the generation of bubbles.
二、因環(huán)境溫度、濕度較高或B組分添加過(guò)量等原因造成的固化反應過(guò)快，導致雙組份密封膠反應釋放的小分子副產(chǎn)物不能及時(shí)排出來(lái)所形成氣泡。解決此問(wèn)題的方法：

2、嚴格按照產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書(shū)提供的比例進(jìn)行計量配比；

3、不定期檢查，如打膠泵、調比機構、混膠器、打膠槍等，從而確?；旌媳壤恼_。

三、在發(fā)現雙組份硅酮漏氣時(shí)并導致玻璃膠產(chǎn)生氣泡，輕微的漏氣，可以通過(guò)對膠泵的螺絲實(shí)施旋緊處理，如果漏氣特別嚴重時(shí)必須更變新打膠泵或更換被磨損的密封墊。
3、 In case of air leakage of two-component silicone, bubbles will be generated in the glass adhesive. For slight air leakage, the screws of the adhesive pump can be tightened. If the air leakage is particularly serious, the adhesive pump must be renewed or the worn sealing gasket must be replaced.
四、施工不規范引起的汽泡：一般這種情況與打膠過(guò)快有關(guān)，所以此種情況出現的氣泡一定要注膠壓力適度，混合后的雙組份密封膠應沿一個(gè)方向涂膠，擠膠動(dòng)作應連續、均勻、膠槍移動(dòng)速度以始終保證擠出的膠在槍嘴的前方為準，即“推著(zhù)膠”運動(dòng)。
4、 Bubbles caused by nonstandard Construction: generally, this situation is related to too fast gluing, so the bubbles in this situation must be injected with appropriate glue pressure. The mixed two-component sealant should be applied in one direction, the glue extrusion action should be continuous and uniform, and the moving speed of the glue gun should always ensure that the extruded glue is in front of the gun nozzle, that is, the "pushing glue" movement.
五、解決手工混膠產(chǎn)生汽泡的措施：手工混膠時(shí)一定要混合均勻，混膠時(shí)順著(zhù)一個(gè)方向混合，該方法引進(jìn)的氣泡少，雙組分膠充分攪拌后，用刮刀把膠樣盡量刮平刮薄，擠出氣泡。
5、 Measures to solve the bubbles caused by manual glue mixing: when mixing the glue manually, it must be mixed evenly. When mixing the glue, it should be mixed in one direction. This method introduces less bubbles. After fully mixing the two-component glue, scrape the rubber sample flat and thin with a scraper as far as possible to extrude bubbles.
六、產(chǎn)品選用正規的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平較高的廠(chǎng)家，否則有可能導致產(chǎn)品在出廠(chǎng)前就已經(jīng)裹入了氣泡，從而導致中空玻璃膠在施工中出現氣泡的現象。
6、 The products shall be manufactured by manufacturers with high level of formal production technology, otherwise the products may be wrapped with bubbles before leaving the factory, resulting in bubbles in the construction of insulating glass adhesive.
七、雙組份密封膠在換桶不當也會(huì )引起氣泡，所以我們要采取規范的換桶法，如：在換桶后打開(kāi)排氣閥，使壓盤(pán)內氣體全部排放完，并有少量膠從排氣口溢出時(shí)，并閉排氣閥，然后開(kāi)機打膠。
7、 Improper barrel replacement of two-component sealant will also cause bubbles, so we should adopt a standardized barrel replacement method. For example, after barrel replacement, open the exhaust valve to discharge all the gas in the pressure plate, and when a small amount of glue overflows from the exhaust port, close the exhaust valve, and then start to apply glue.
八、施工后玻璃膠遭到曝曬從而產(chǎn)生氣泡，所以讓膠經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間的固化，表層已結皮，具有一定的抗曬能力，在這種情況下，玻璃膠產(chǎn)生氣泡的可能性比較小
