雙組份點(diǎn)膠機和雙液點(diǎn)膠機的區別

a.雙組份點(diǎn)膠機，專(zhuān)門(mén)為解決環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂、聚胺脂等AB膠水、雙組份膠水、多組分流體自動(dòng)混合和定量點(diǎn)膠而研發(fā)的點(diǎn)膠機。在LED戶(hù)外照明、水晶工藝品、防水設備、led電子得到廣泛使用，既節省原材料時(shí)間，又減少浪費，還可以提高生產(chǎn)品質(zhì)及工作效益。
a. Two component dispensing machine is specially developed to solve the automatic mixing and quantitative dispensing of AB glue, two-component glue and multi-component fluid such as epoxy resin and polyurethane. b.雙液點(diǎn)膠機，專(zhuān)門(mén)為解決AB膠水、雙組份膠水、多組分流體自動(dòng)混合和定量點(diǎn)膠而研發(fā)的點(diǎn)膠機。雙液點(diǎn)膠機是自動(dòng)點(diǎn)膠機中的其中一個(gè)分支，與單組份點(diǎn)膠機相并列。雙液點(diǎn)膠機適用于各種AB膠水、雙組份或者多組分液體等,包括AB膠，雙組份膠水，AB環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂灌封膠。當然了，對于普通氣動(dòng)AB雙液點(diǎn)膠機來(lái)說(shuō)，A膠和B膠的濃稠度不能相差太大比例一般也不能超過(guò)1:5以上，否則膠水比較難混合均勻的。

可以看出，雙液點(diǎn)膠機和雙組份點(diǎn)膠機其實(shí)就是一類(lèi)產(chǎn)品，由于膠水的性質(zhì)而得名，能夠適應雙組份的膠水混合配比點(diǎn)膠，與一般的單組份膠水點(diǎn)膠機相比較多出來(lái)了一部分部件，控制器和出膠閥等控制膠水出膠量。
