小尺寸芯片點(diǎn)膠不完整怎么辦？
小尺寸的芯片在生產(chǎn)白膠的過(guò)程中會(huì )經(jīng)常遇到白膠覆蓋不全，芯片有缺膠，膠水溢出或散落。根據客戶(hù)要求，產(chǎn)量必須達到15K/H。是如何解決這些問(wèn)題的?
